GTPCS.ca is a static product catalog. It does not provide automatic checkout, payment processing, or guaranteed order placement. A purchase request is not an accepted order until GTPCS confirms availability, price, pickup or shipping details, and payment terms.

Requests

Purchase, contact, and service requests are submitted through the GTPCS request form. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, pricing, service acceptance, or sale completion.

Inventory and Pricing

Inventory, statuses, photos, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. GTPCS works to keep listings accurate, but mistakes can happen. GTPCS may correct errors, update listings, decline requests, or mark items as sold or reserved at any time.

Condition and Compatibility

Items may be new, used, open box, refurbished, or otherwise noted in the listing. Buyers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their system, power supply, case, motherboard, and intended use before purchase.

Pickup, Shipping, and Risk

Local pickup is available on most items in Edmonton, Alberta. Shipping may be offered on select items with tracking, insurance, and signature requirement. Shipping availability, cost, carrier, timing, and risk details are confirmed manually before finalizing.

Payment

Payment options are confirmed directly with GTPCS. High-value orders may require additional review before completion. Do not send payment unless GTPCS has confirmed the item, total price, and transaction details.

Returns and Warranty

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, items are sold as listed and final sale. Manufacturer warranty, if any, depends on the manufacturer, product, age, documentation, and transferability. GTPCS does not guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage unless specifically stated.

Repair Services

Repair, troubleshooting, upgrade, and installation services are quoted manually after the issue, parts, and system condition are reviewed. Diagnostics and repair outcomes are not guaranteed when hardware is damaged, intermittent, incompatible, or already failing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTPCS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to use of the website, product availability, product compatibility, installation, shipping delays, or buyer system issues.
