Information Collected

GTPCS collects only the information you choose to send when you contact us or submit a purchase request. This may include your name, email address, phone number, requested item, pickup or shipping preference, and message details.

How Information Is Used

Your information is used to respond to questions, confirm item availability, arrange local pickup or shipping, review high-value requests, and keep basic records of communications.

Inventory Data

Inventory is loaded from a public Google Sheet CSV feed. Public product data may include item names, categories, prices, statuses, descriptions, specs, and product image links.

Request Form

Purchase and contact requests are submitted through the GTPCS website form. Submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script Web App, stored in the connected GTPCS Google Sheet, and may trigger an email notification to GTPCS.

The request form uses basic anti-spam checks, including a hidden honeypot field, validation, a public form token, and temporary rate limiting in Google Apps Script.

Sharing

GTPCS does not sell customer contact information. Information may be shared only when needed to complete a requested transaction, such as shipping carrier requirements, or when required by law.

Third Party Services

This static website may load inventory from Google Sheets, submit request data to Google Apps Script, and load scripts from public CDNs. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, form submission data, or request metadata under their own policies.

Data Retention

Messages and transaction-related communications may be kept in the private GTPCS Google Sheet as needed for customer service, fraud prevention, record keeping, and dispute handling. Buyer information should not be stored in the public website repository.
